JKSDMI urges Indian to grant right of self determination to people of Kashmir

LONDON, Sep 06 (APP):Jammu Kashmir Self Determination International team has urged India to stop gross violations of human rights and actrocities in Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) fortwith and demanded the world community to play its vital role in resolving Kashmir issue according to the aspiration of people of Kashmir and UN resolutions.
Demand to this effect was made here at British Parliament by Jammu Kashmir Self Determination International (JKSDMI) team at a special Kashmir meeting in connection with Pakistan Defence day here the otherday.
The meeting was chaired by Raja Najabat Chairman JKSDMI .
Special guests who attended the meeting and spoke on the occasion were among others by Shadow minister for women’s equalities Naz Shah MP, Dr Syed Nazir Ahmed Gillani President International human rights council Jammu and Kashmir,Fida Hussain Kiani Director General Jammu Kashmir Liberation Cell,Chris Leslie MP Chairman All Parties Kashmiri Parliamentary Group in the British Parliament,Lord Nazir Ahmed of Rotherham ,shadow minister for immigration Afzal Khan MP, Barrister Shahzada Hayat, Shahida Jarral Chairperson JKSDMI London, Alweena Khan ,Fozia Hussain, Sumeria Shahid Raja and Nazar Lodhi.
The speakers on the occasion strongly condemned Indian
atrocities on innocent people of Indian occupied Kashmir to quell their indegenious struggle to righ of self determination
granted to them by the UN security Council.
Talking to APP ,Dr.Syed Nazir Ahmed Gillani said that unpresendedted sacrifices of people of Kashmir would not go waste and their struggle for right of self determination and freedom of Kashmir from Indian subjucation would succeed.
Dr.Nazir Gillani said the people Indian occupied Kashmir were giving sacrifies to secure the future of people
of Pakistan and Kashmir.
He said that India occupation of Kashmir was illegal
as it had surrendered its accession before United Nations Security Council on June 15, 1948.
It is therefore, he said that Indian occupation troops
stay in Kashmir was also illegal.
He added that occupation troops were killing the innocent people of occupied Kashmir specially the youth who they suspect were thr freedom fighters adding said that India was also involved in ethinic cleansing of Kashmiri people.
He said that people of Kashmir would continue to give sacrifices till the realization of their birth right to self determination and freedom of Kashmir from Indian occupation.
