AJK PM Faisal Rathore reaffirms govt’s commitment to improve life standard of citizens

MUZAFFARABAD, Dec 11 (APP): The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, has reaffirmed his government’s commitment to improving the quality of life of citizens and safeguarding their fundamental rights.
Speaking to various public delegations that called on him here Thursday, the AJK premier said the PPP-led government represents the aspirations of the common people and continues to place public service and welfare at the heart of its priorities. The mission of public welfare, he added, is being pursued in line with the vision of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
Faisal Mumtaz Rathore said that his government was working to strengthen the health and education sectors and was focusing on ensuring the timely completion of ongoing development and public welfare projects.
Reiterating the basecamp government’s unwavering support for the Kashmiris’ ongoing freedom struggle, the prime minister said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go in vain. He vowed that the government would continue to highlight the Kashmir cause and expose Indian oppression in occupied Kashmir at the international level.
The AJK premier also underscored the importance of unity and solidarity at all levels of society during this critical phase of the region’s political struggle.
