Court awarded death penalty to one & life jail to another in murder case

SARGODHA, Dec 10 (APP):Additional District & Sessions Judge Shah Purr Mian Shahid Javed, while deciding murder case No. 447/23 under Section 302 at Jhawrian Police Station, has awarded the death penalty to one accused and life imprisonment to another.

According to the prosecution, Rabnawaz and his companion Imran, residents of Jhawrian, killed a man named Shahid Iqbal over a domestic dispute using a pistol.

The court awarded the death penalty to Rabnawaz and sentenced Imran to life imprisonment, along with a fine of Rs. 8 lakh imposed on each.
