PESHAWAR, Dec 09 (APP):The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Livestock Department has decided to conduct all existing and future recruitment exclusively through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to ensure greater transparency in the hiring process.
According to an official notification on Tuesday, all types of appointments, including fixed-pay and project-based positions will now be processed through ETEA. No department or institution will be allowed to conduct internal tests or use any other testing agency for recruitment purposes.
The notification further states that ongoing recruitment processes will also be restructured and conducted afresh through ETEA. All institutions have been directed to submit compliance reports within seven days.
It said that the move aims at ensuring merit, transparency, and a reliable recruitment system through this initiative.
