ISLAMABAD, Dec 08 (APP):The new special division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday started hearing tax-related cases.
The special division bench is comprising Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz.
Earlier, Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan was in the bench in place of Justice Saman Riffat. Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq is on long leave due to ill health.
Justice Saman Riffat’s single bench has been abolished and she has been included in the special division bench of tax.
Justice Babar Sattar’s single bench has already been abolished. He also hears cases only in the division bench.
