MULTAN, Dec 07 (APP):The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) on Saturday uncovered a major adulteration business after conducting a surprise inspection at an ice factory located in the Delhi Gate, Musa Pak area of Multan. The operation was led by the Director Operations South.
According to officials, samples of dairy cream collected during the inspection failed quality tests. The cream was being prepared through using unhealthy and substandard ingredients.
During the crackdown, the authority discarded 1,320 kilograms of adulterated dairy cream, while a First Information Report (FIR) was registered against the factory owner.
