ISLAMABAD, Dec 05 (APP): Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST), Islamabad has secured re-accreditation for its Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BS-EE) program from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
The BS-EE Batch 2021 has been re-accredited under the Washington Accord, ensuring that all graduating batches of the Department of Electrical Engineering remain fully accredited.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Zabta Khan Shinwari, Campus In-charge Dr. Saba Bashir, and Additional Registrar Chaudhry Aleem Raza termed the development a major milestone for the university. They congratulated the Department of Electrical Engineering and praised the faculty and staff for their efforts.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Shinwari added that the re-accreditation would further enhance the university’s reputation.
He noted that FUUAST continues to offer accredited engineering education at highly affordable fees and that the Department of Electrical Engineering will keep contributing to the institution’s academic excellence.
