ISLAMABAD, Dec 3 (APP):The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Wednesday refuted media reports identifying the deceased individuals from the tragic road incident as PNCA employees, clarifying that they were neither regular nor contractual employees of the organization.
The PNCA is deeply saddened by the tragic road accident in which two young girls lost their lives while returning home after completing their assignment, said a press release.
“We express our heartfelt condolences and stand in solidarity with the bereaved families during this difficult time,” it added.
It has been observed that some media reports have stated that the deceased individuals were employees of PNCA.
They were associated with a private event management company whose scheduled event was being conducted at the PNCA premises.
While PNCA mourns this tragic loss and shares in the grief of the families, it is important to maintain factual accuracy to avoid any misunderstanding.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the departed souls. May Allah grant them peace and give strength to their loved ones,” it said.
