HESCO declares 11 kV Sadar feeder load-shedding free

HYDERABAD, Dec 03 (APP):The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) has provided major relief to consumers by declaring the 11 kV Sadar Feeder as load-shedding free.
A special ceremony in this connection was held at Dayal Das Club, where HESCO Chief Executive Officer Faizullah Dahri officially announced that the Sadar Feeder had been made completely load-shedding free from today.
According to a HESCO spokesperson, CEO Faizullah Dahri said this was the 20th feeder to be included in the zero load-shedding category during the current financial year, while the company aims to add a total of 68 feeders to this list.
He said, “You are our valued consumers, and it is our responsibility to appreciate good users. From today, this feeder will remain on zero load-shedding. This is our mutual commitment that electricity theft will not be allowed, losses will be kept below 20%, recovery will be ensured at 100% and the distribution system will be improved.” He added that any faults on the feeder would be addressed immediately.
Chief Operating Officer Aijaz Ahmed Shaikh said that the journey of “light and progress” was continuing under the leadership of CEO Faizullah Dahri.
SE Operation Circle Hyderabad Suhail Ahmed Shaikh informed that the Sadar Feeder originates from the 132 kV Qasimabad Grid Station and includes 15 km of HT line and 21 km of LT line. A total of 5,543 consumers will now receive uninterrupted 24-hour electricity through 133 transformers.
Members of the business community and social representatives expressed gratitude to HESCO management, stating that the dream of zero load-shedding had finally become a reality.
