RAWALPINDI, Dec 01 (APP): The court on Monday sentenced a notorious drug supplier Shiraz to 9 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 80,000.0 for possession of narcotics.
The accused was arrested by Ratta Amral Police Station in July this uear after 1 kg 620 grams of hashish was recovered from his possession.
City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi, Syed Khalid Hamdani, commended SSP Investigation and the entire investigation and legal teams for their outstanding performance. He reiterated that no effort will be spared to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society.
