Customs Quetta seizes 28 non-customs-paid vehicles worth Rs. 272 million

ISLAMABAD, Dec 01 (APP): Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Quetta, has seized a total of 28 non-customs-paid (NCP) vehicles valued at Rs. 272 million during two major operations carried out across Balochistan.
In the first operation, Customs Enforcement Quetta seized 19 NCP vehicles worth Rs. 122 million as part of an extensive crackdown launched under the directives of the Chief Collector of Customs (Enforcement), Islamabad, said a news release.
The confiscated vehicles include high-value models such as Toyota Land Cruiser, Corolla, Prius, Fielder, Crown, Mark X, Premio, Aqua, Vitz, Probox, Mira, and Alto. All vehicles have been detained for legal proceedings under the Customs Act, 1969.
In a separate intelligence-based operation conducted on November 28, 2025, the Mobile Squad of Customs Enforcement Quetta, in coordination with FC 74 Wing, raided a godown in Quetta city and seized 09 additional NCP vehicles worth Rs. 150 million.
These include 02 Toyota Land Cruisers, 02 Crown Hybrid cars, 01 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, 02 Toyota Prius cars, 01 Suzuki Alto, and 01 Suzuki Heavy Bike.
