ISLAMABAD, Dec 1 (APP): The price of per tola 24-karat gold in Pakistan increased by Rs2,700 on Monday, reaching Rs446,862 compared to Rs444,162 on the previous day.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs2,315, climbing to Rs383,112 from Rs380,797 a day earlier.
Likewise, the rate of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went up by Rs2,122, closing at Rs351,198 against Rs349,076 on Sunday.
In the international market, gold prices increased by $27, reaching $4,245 compared to $4,218 on the previous day.
Meanwhile, the price of per tola silver rose by Rs54, reaching Rs5,963 from Rs5,909 on the last trading day. The 10-gram silver price increased by Rs46, closing at Rs5,112 as against Rs5,066 the previous day.
International silver prices also witnessed an uptick of $0.54, rising to $56.91 compared to $56.37 on Sunday.
