PM’s Advisor on Climate Change lauded nation for active participation in ‘Plnat for Pakistan’

ISLAMABAD, Sep 4 (APP):Prime Minister Advisor on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam Tuesday lauded the nation for their active participation in campaign ‘Plant for Pakistan’.
He said the response on campaign was phenomenal as initially the target of planting 1.5 million trees was crossed with the number 2.5 million.
He thanked the nation for sucessful tree plantation drive , the ministry would encourage people to continue participation in such campaigns to achieve the target of ten billions trees in five years.
He said that the ministry would specially issue appreciation letters to organizations who played very important role in this one day massive trees plantation drive.
