ISLAMABAD, Nov 28 (APP):National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Friday underscored the vital role of youth in strengthening democratic traditions and national responsibilities, assuring that Parliament will remain open for educational visits to help nurture responsible citizens for Pakistan’s future.
Addressing a delegation of faculty members and students from Beaconhouse School System Wah Cantt and Askari School & College System Mansehra at Parliament House, he extended a warm welcome and underscored the importance of youth participation in parliamentary traditions.
He emphasized that engaging young people in democratic values and national responsibilities is vital for the country’s future. Reaffirming Parliament’s commitment to education, he assured that its doors will remain open for student visits and learning opportunities.
The Speaker appreciated their keen interest in the functioning and proceedings of Parliament.
During the meeting, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq informed them on parliamentary affairs, public representation, and the mechanisms through which laws are enacted.
