GUJRAT, Nov 28 (APP):Acting on the directions of Deputy Director Punjab Food Authority (PFA) Rizwan Saeed, teams have carried out 80 inspections across the district.
During the operations, 21 food outlets were issued improvement notices, while fines amounting to Rs. 78,000 were imposed in six cases.
According to the PFA spokesperson, two public complaints were addressed, one sample was taken for laboratory analysis, and 8.5 kilograms of expired food items were discarded.
