APP denied entry to SKMH fundraising function

LAHORE, April 13 (APP): The official news agency, Associated
Press of Pakistan (APP)’s, reporter was denied entry to the
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital’s fund raising function here at a hotel on Wednesday.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was
the chief guest at the fund raising event where all print and electronic media were invited for the coverage.

The APP’s reporter, Muhammad Naveed, was not permitted
to cover the function on the pretext that select media was invited to cover the event.
