Pakistan participating in Fajr Film Festival in Iran

ISLAMABAD, Nov 28 (APP): A Pakistani film delegation is taking part for the first time in the 43rd Fajr Film Festival, being held from November 26 to December 2 in Shiraz, Iran, according to a press statement issued on Friday.

Federal Minister for Culture Aurangzeb Khan Khichi is attending the event.

Three Pakistani films, Taxali Gate, Umro Ayyar: A New Beginning and Actor in Law, will be screened at the festival.

The Fajr Film Festival is considered one of the world’s major film events, drawing leading filmmakers, actors and producers from around the globe.

Pakistani filmmakers and actors are also participating this year, gaining an opportunity to share their work and experiences on an international platform.
