PESHAWAR, Nov 27 (APP):A residential house and a 50-room hotel were completely destroyed in two separate fire eruption incidents Dir Upper and Mansehra districts police reported on Thursday.
According per details, fire erupted suddenly in a house located in Sori Hao, Rehan Kot, Dera Upper reportedly, caused by a short circuit, which quickly engulfed the entire structure, turning it into ashes.
Police officials confirmed that firefighters and Rescue 1122 teams responded promptly and managed to extinguish the flames after an intensive effort.
In another incident, fire broke out early Thursday morning in the Kaghan bazaar of Mansehra district, a well-known tourist area.
The blaze rapidly spread and completely gutted the famous Lala Zar Hotel, which consisted of more than 50 rooms.
Two fire brigade vehicles from the Kaghan Development Authority (KDA), with assistance from local residents, successfully prevented the fire from spreading to nearby shops and buildings. KDA staff continued cooling operations after the flames were controlled.
Both incidents resulted in significant property loss, with one house and a major tourist hotel reduced to ashes.
