ISLAMABAD, Nov 25 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday declared PTI leader Shibli Faraz a proclaimed offender in two cases in the February 28 Judicial Complex attack cases against PTI leaders.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case. The court declared Shibli Faraz a proclaimed offender for his continued absence and said that this step was inevitable as he did not appear despite being summoned several times.
Former Law Minister Raja Basharat and other accused appeared in the court, while Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan and Zahid Bashir Dar, advocate, appeared on behalf of PTI leaders and workers.
The court adjourned further proceedings until the next hearing. Two cases have been registered against PTI leaders in Ramna police station.
