ABBOTTABAD, Nov 25 (APP): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram held a meeting with a delegation of the Bakot Action Committee and assured them of full cooperation in addressing the longstanding issues faced by the people of Circle Bakot.
The delegation, led by Chairman Advocate Abdul Jabbar Abbasi, briefed the DC on various public problems, development needs, and the lack of basic facilities in the area.
They highlighted the community’s concerns regarding civic rights and demanded early steps for the fulfilment of overdue development commitments.
During the meeting, both sides discussed development projects, improvement of essential services, and measures for public welfare.
DC Sarmad Saleem Akram listened to the concerns in detail and pledged that the district administration would take all necessary steps to resolve the issues.
He further stated that he would actively represent Circle Bakot’s genuine demands at every relevant forum to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
