HARIPURP, Nov 25 (APP):Newly elected Member of National Assembly, Babar Nawaz Khan on Tuesday said defeated political elements and the provincial government are attempting to evade embarrassment by leveling baseless and false allegations of rigging.
He stated that the people of Haripur have rejected the false claims of “change” and freed the district from the grip of the mafia.
Addressing public delegations from various areas outside his residence in Khalabat, Khan emphasized that the public has delivered its verdict, and it is now time for service. He added that political competition should focus on development and public welfare, rather than on accusations. A large number of party workers and community leaders were present during the gathering.
Khan outlined his development priorities, including the establishment of a modern hospital, construction of new sports grounds, setting up a Danish School, modern educational facilities, and the establishment of a university. He stressed that young people in the area should have easy access to education and employment opportunities at their doorstep. Measures will also be taken to allocate separate quotas in jobs for the youth of Haripur.
He assured that the leadership of Pakistan Muslim League (N) will bring a real developmental revolution to Haripur and urged the public to remain with him on this journey of progress and welfare to create new facilities and opportunities for the district.
