PESHAWAR, Nov 24 (APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Aqib Ullah Khan on Monday expressed grief over FC headquarters blast in Peshawar Sadar and visited Lady Reading Hospital (LRH)  to inquired after the well-being of the personnel and civilians injured in the blast.
He also stressed on providing the best medical facilities to the injured. Talking to the media, Aqib Ullah Khan said that the provincial government was determined to protect the lives and property of the people, and is taking serious steps to utilize all resources in this regard.
The Minister said that as soon as the incident was reported, the DG Rescue, Director of Operations and District Emergency Officer immediately reached the spot and supervised the relief activities.
He said that eight ambulances, two fire vehicles and a disaster vehicle of the Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department, in addition to several officials, participated in the relief activities.
The provincial minister also expressed condolences to the families of those who embraced martydrom in the incident and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
