ISLAMABAD, Nov 24 (APP):Federal Minister for Energy, Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari, has strongly condemned the attack on the Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters in Peshawar, calling it a cowardly act that deserves the highest denunciation.
The minister expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyred FC personnel and paid glowing tribute to their sacrifices, stating that the nation stands proud of its brave soldiers who laid down their lives in the line of duty.
He also prayed for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident.
Sardar Awais Leghari reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorism and its facilitators, stressing that enemies of the state will inevitably face defeat.
He said the entire nation, along with the security forces, remains united and determined in the fight against terrorism.
The minister reiterated that the government’s commitment to rooting out terrorism is firm and unshakeable, and such cowardly attacks cannot weaken the country’s resolve.
