AJK PM for timely completion of the ongoing development projects of public interest in the state metropolis

MIRPUR, Nov 22 (APP):Azad Jammu Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore on Saturday inspected multiple development projects besides visiting important mausoleums and meeting with local body representatives and community members in the state metropolis on Saturday to assess the pace of construction work on the ongoing development projects, it was officially said.
Quoting the authoritative official sources of the AJK government, the APP correspondent reports that the PM paid a detailed visit to various projects of public interest in the capital city on Saturday.
The Prime Minister reviewed the ongoing construction work of the CMH Flyover and directed the authorities to ensure its completion within the stipulated time. Officials briefed him that one track of the flyover will become operational within the next ten days. PM Rathore also visited the mausoleums of former presidents K.H. Khurshid and Mirwaiz Maulvi Muhammad Yousaf Shah, where he offered Fateha and laid floral wreaths, according to the sources.
 Faisal later visited the mausoleum of his brother-in-law, Colonel Asif Ali Awan Shaheed, and offered Fateha. Lauding the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army, he praised Pakistan’s armed forces for their significant contribution in defending the country’s territorial and geographical frontiers.
At the Municipal Corporation, he was warmly received by Mayor Sikandar Gilani, Deputy Mayor Khalid, and Pakistan People’s Party workers. Later the Prime Minister also visited the residence of former minister Muhammad Hanif Awan to offer condolences, after which he went to his grave and offered Fateha.
PM Rathore further visited the mausoleums of Raja Muhammad Haider Khan and former Prime Minister Khan Abdul Hamid Khan, as well as the Darbar of Pirsakhi Syed Alauddin Gilani and the Darbar of Shah Inayat, where he laid wreaths and offered Fateh. He also offered Fateha at the graves of Anjum Nisar Mir Advocate and Syed Ali Hasnain Fatemi. The Prime Minister announced the installation of lights and provision of water at the Plate Graveyard.
He also offered Fateha at the grave of Saqib Fayyaz Mir, who was martyred during the Action Committee protest. Later, he inaugurated a business center at Plate. He was accompanied by Forest Minister Sardar Javed Ayub, PP leader Mukhtiar Abbasi, Deputy Mayor Khalid Awan, Shaiq Gilani, Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad Usman Butt, DSP Faisal Shafiq, Qalb Abbas, Shaukat Khasar, and hundreds of PPP workers.
