2-Day 20th Convocation Ceremony of Riphah Int’l University kicks off today

ISLAMABAD, Nov 22 (APP):The two-day event of 20th convocation of Riphah International University kicked off today at the Jinnah Convention Centre, here on Saturday.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, graced the ceremony as the chief guest. The event was attended by the University Chancellor Hassan Muhammad Khan, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, faculty members, graduates, and a large number of parents.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad congratulated all successful graduates and stated that Riphah International University is playing a significant role not only at the national level but also internationally. He highlighted that the University has successfully implemented a student exchange program at the international level, which reflects the institution’s academic excellence and the dedication of its faculty.
He further emphasized that Riphah International University is committed to promoting ethical values and character-building along with traditional education. “My prayer is that our graduates play an active role in every field of life and continue to make the nation proud,” he added.
Chancellor Hassan Muhammad Khan, in his address, congratulated the graduates and acknowledged the efforts and sacrifices made by their parents. He stated that Pakistan has achieved an important milestone due to the hard work and dedication of these young graduates. “You are the future of Pakistan, and it is your responsibility to take the country forward,” he remarked.
Chief guest Sardar Muhammad Yousaf congratulated the graduates on obtaining their professional degrees and expressed hope that they will contribute significantly towards improving the quality of life in society. He also appreciated the Chancellor and the entire organizing team for successfully hosting the convocation.
He expressed his pleasure to learn that a large number of students from Palestine are enrolled at Riphah International University, reflecting the institution’s international standing. He praised the University for its efforts in character-building and moral education and presented his appreciation for organizing such a remarkable convocation.
The two-day event of 20th convocation would conclude on November 23 (Sunday).
