People’s rule will change the destiny of AJK: Faisal Mumtaz Rathore

MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 21 (APP):Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore has said that change in government signals the start of people’s rule, with government offices now fully open and accessible to the public.
Rathore made these assertions while addressing a grand reception held in his honour at his native village Mumtazabad in Forward Kahuta on Friday.
“Our government will prove to be a people’s government in the truest sense,” he said, adding that open courts will be held in every constituency and city to address public grievances and deliver on the spot relief to the people.
“Our foremost priority is to ensure dignified employment and resolve the basic issues of our people,” he said.
He added that the government will prioritise job-oriented skills training for the youth to help them achieve respectable employment.
“Skilled young people can demonstrate their abilities anywhere in the world,” he stated.
The PM announced that a University has been approved for Haveli district, adding that he has secured another major gift, a 5 billion rupees Danish School for the region, approved by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
He pledged that the present government would make every possible effort for the welfare of the people. He hoped that, after its nine-month tenure, the PPP would once again earn the people’s trust and mandate to form the next government.
PM Rathore thanked the federal government for taking keen interest in development and prosperity of the region and addressing the problems faced by the people of Azad Kashmir.
Referring to the recently signed agreement, the PM said that agreement reached with the Action Committee will be implemented.
Senior Minister Mian Abdul Waheed, government ministers Sardar Zia Al-Qamar, Chaudhry Qasim Majeed, PP leader Raja Mubashir Ijaz and others were also present on the occasion.
The reception ceremony, was also addressed by senior Minister Mian Waheed, Sardar Zia Al-Qamar, Chaudhry Qasim Majeed and others.
They were of the view that taking the reins of government in difficult times was a huge responsibility, but voiced confidence that their team captain, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, would resolve every issue with political acumen and guide the state towards development and progress.
