MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 21 (APP):After assuming charge of his office, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore on Friday paid a maiden visit to his native village, Mumtazabad, in Forward Kahuta. Where, he was accorded a historic welcome by the people of Haveli.
Thousands of residents from across the district gathered along the route from Lasdna Mahmood Gali to Gugdar palangi Dhara Rajgan and onwards to Mumtazabad to greet the Prime Minister.
PPP workers and locals raised slogans in his favour and showered him with flower petals.
The Prime Minister also visited his ancestral graveyard in Dhara Rajgan, offered Fateha and laid a floral wreath on the grave of his father, former Prime Minister Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore.
