ISLAMABAD, Nov 21 (APP): Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Canada Muhammad Saleem has attended the Annual Business Conference of the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN) in Toronto, a press statement issued on Friday by the Pakistan’s Embassy in Canada said.
The OPEN Toronto’s flagship event brought together around one hundred Pakistani-origin entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and professionals from across Canada.
This year’s theme, “The Enterprise of Tomorrow: What Will You Build?” focused on innovation and collaboration aimed at empowering participants to build future-focused enterprises.
Addressing the participants, the High Commissioner emphasised the important bridge-building role of the business community between the economies of Pakistan and Canada.
He highlighted Pakistan’s emerging sectors for trade and investment and offered support of the High Commission and the three Consulates General to facilitate the business community in enhancing Pakistan-Canada economic engagement.
