ISLAMABAD, Nov 20 (APP):The Rupee on Thursday appreciated by 01 paisa against the US Dollar in interbank trading and closed at Rs 280.65 compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs 280.66.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the Dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 281.55 and Rs 281.8, respectively.
The price of the Euro decreased by Rs1.84 to close at Rs323.29., from the previous day’s close of Rs 325.13, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen went down by 02 paisa and closed at Rs 1.78, whereas the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of Rs 2.06 and closed at Rs 366.84 compared to the previous day’s Rs 368.90.
The exchange rates of the Emirates Dirham the Saudi Riyal remained unchanged to close at Rs 76.41 and Rs 74.83, respectively.
