Ombudsman Punjab mobile court addresses 45 complaints in Miani

SARGODHGA, Nov 20 (APP):In compliance with the directives of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab, citizen grievances are being heard at their doorstep under the Public Service Program through a dedicated mobile van, with instructions issued on the spot to the relevant departments for prompt redressal.
In this context, the Regional Office Sargodha organized an open court using the mobile van at Union Council No. 4 Miani / Town Committee Miani, Tehsil Bhera, District Sargodha. Private Secretary Faisal Butt and Research Fellow Zubair Ahmed listened to public complaints. A total of 45 complaints were received, all of which were registered on the spot, followed by immediate directions to the concerned departments for their swift resolution.
Speaking on the occasion, Private Secretary Faisal Butt stated that the timely resolution of citizens’ issues and the provision of justice remain the top priorities of the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab. He added that the public may also register their complaints through the helpline at 1050.
