IESCO to hold e-Kacheri via Facebook for on-spot complaint resolution

ISLAMABAD, Nov 18 (APP): The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday announced the schedule for its Facebook E-Kacheri to be held on November 19, offering consumers a direct platform for real-time registration and resolution of electricity-related complaints.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Wednesday, the heads of all operational circles will be available online to address consumer grievances promptly.
The initiative, guided by CEO IESCO Engr. Ch. Khalid Mehmood, aims to ensure timely redressal and improved facilitation for electricity users across the region.
