ISLAMABAD, Nov 17 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC)’s Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani on Monday made interesting and meaningful remarks regarding the release of prisoners on medical grounds during the hearing of a bail case on medical grounds.
During the hearing, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that a person who stays in jail for a long time comes out on medical grounds. He further remarked that after coming out on medical grounds, he becomes completely fine. The learned judge observed that he roams around in other countries and nothing happens to him.
