Shifting of constitutional court to IHC building continue

ISLAMABAD, Nov 17 (APP): After the Constitutional Court moved to the Islamabad High Court building, the process of shifting courtrooms continued on Monday.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfaraz Dogar continued to hear cases in Court-I, while Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani’s court was shifted from Court Room No. 1 to Court Room No. 3, where Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb’s court was earlier located.
Meanwhile, a three-member bench headed by the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Justice Aminuddin Khan heard cases on the first day in Court No. 2 of the Islamabad High Court. Constitutional Court judges Justice Aamer Farooq and
Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi will sit on the second floor.
The courts of Justice Muhammad Asif and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro of the Islamabad High Court are also located on the second floor.
Due to the shifting of courts, the cause list of the previous day’s hearing of two judges was canceled, while the cause list of the court of Justice Muhammad Asif and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro was also canceled.
