Motorbikes, three-wheelers sale increases 30.38 percent: PAMA

ISLAMABAD, Nov 17 (APP):The sale of motorbikes and three-wheelers in the country has witnessed an increase of 30.38 per cent during the first four months of the current financial year (2025-26) as compared to sales of the corresponding months of the last year.
During the months under review, as many as 597,025 motorbikes and three-wheelers were sold against the sale of 457,880 units in July-October (2024-25), according to the Pakistan Automobile Manufacturing Association (PAMA).
The sale of Honda motorcycles surged by 31.26 per cent from 386,170 units to 506,889 units, whereas the sale of Suzuki motorcycles also rose by 43.13 per cent from 7,780 units to 11,136 units during the months under review.
The sales of United Auto motorcycles witnessed an increase of 27.59 per cent from 44,294 units to 56,519 units, while the sales of Road Prince motorbikes also surged to 8,945 units from 6,220 units.
The sale of Yamaha motorbikes came down to 1,221 units from 1,602 units, witnessing a decrease of 23.78 per cent.
Meanwhile, the sale of United Auto three-wheelers increased from 263 units to 520 units, while the sale of Qingqi three-wheelers also increased by 11.82 percent from 3,188 units to 3,565 units.
The sale of Sazgar three-wheelers decreased by 1.86 per cent from 7,836 units to 7,690 units, whereas the sale of Road Prince also decreased to 519 units from 526 units, the data revealed.
