Gulmina Bilal honoured as Pakistan’s best CEO

ISLAMABAD, Nov 16 (APP): CEO Club Pakistan has announced the annual CEO Awards 2024–25, presenting the award for Pakistan’s Best Chief Executive Officer to Gulmina Bilal Ahmed, Chairperson of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC).
CEO Club Pakistan is one of the country’s leading business networking and leadership development platforms, bringing together local and international chief executives, business leaders, and senior professionals, said a press release.
Each year, the organization hosts CEO summits, sector-specific conferences, awards ceremonies, and publishes its renowned annual volume, “100 Performing CEOs & Companies of Pakistan.”
Among the other notable award recipients were Mohammad Atif Hanif (CEO, Al Barkat Bank), Dr. Rubina Khilji (FF Steel), and Hasan Raza (CEO, Bank of Khyber), who were honored in various categories.
Addressing the ceremony as the chief guest, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi said that Pakistan offers a conducive environment for business and investment, with an abundance of exceptional talent.
He said the government’s effective policies are steering the economy toward sustained improvement. Congratulating the award winners, the governor emphasized, “We must work together to place Pakistan among the world’s developed nations.”
The event was attended by Ejaz Nisar, Founder and President of CEO Club Pakistan; Thomas Eckert, US Consul General in Peshawar; Muzzammil Aslam, Advisor to the KP Finance Department; Ayub Zaqori, President of the Industrialists Association; Ambassador Hameed Asghar Khan; Zahid Latif Khan, President of CEO Islamabad; Junaid Altaf, President of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Peshawar; Usman Shaukat, President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry; industrialist Azanfar Bilour, and CEOs, business leaders, and representatives of women’s chambers from across the country.
