LAHORE, Nov 16 (APP): Leading groups of investors from Korea, China, Singapore, Iran, and other countries on Sunday expressed keen interest in the international-standard products of Guard Group of Industries at the conclusion of the three-day Pakistan Auto Show 2025.
According to a spokesperson of Guard Group of Industries, senior executive Shaharyar Ali Malik said Pakistan’s auto market is stronger than those of Bangladesh, Ethiopia, and Sri Lanka. He added that the company employs modern technology across all its products to support engineering, manufacturing, and allied industries. With nearly 172 foreign and local auto companies showcasing their products, he said Guard’s offerings were the centre of attraction due to their quality and innovation.
Speaking to the media later, Shaharyar Ali Malik noted that the local automotive industry has shown significant improvement this year thanks to the adoption of the “Made in Pakistan” approach. He expressed hope that the formula would soon be fully implemented across the sector, highlighting its key role in national development, employment generation, and revenue collection.
He further said that the Pakistan Auto Parts & Accessories Manufacturers Association (PAAPAM) has created a grand platform for the automotive industry to display products and attract both foreign and local investors, which he added would be instrumental in securing export orders.
