BAHAWALPUR, Nov 15 (APP): Sadiq Public School Bahawalpur has launched its environmental initiative, the “Go Green, Harabhara Sadiq Campaign,” to promote a greener campus and foster ecological responsibility among students. As part of this initiative, parents are encouraged to support the campaign by sending a sapling in their child’s name. The student will then plant the tree within the school grounds. This hands-on involvement not only contributes to beautifying the campus but also instills in students a deep and lasting respect for nature and the environment.
Bursar of Sadiq Public School, Bushra Qazi, explained that participation in this campaign is voluntary and aimed at encouraging kindness and environmental stewardship. She emphasized that planting a tree is a noble act, considered a form of Sadqa-e-Jaria, where the planter continues to earn reward as long as people benefit from the tree’s shade or fruit. Qazi further urged families to join in this meaningful initiative, contributing to the creation of a healthier, greener, and more sustainable future for the students and the wider community.
