ISLAMABAD, Nov 15 (APP): Chairman National Rahmatul-lil-Aalameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority (NRKNA), Khurshid Ahmad Nadeem, also an eminent scholar & columnist, has been conferred the prestigious ‘Dewan Bahadur S. P. Singha Award 2025’ in recognition of his remarkable academic contributions and services for promoting interfaith harmony and protection of minority rights in Pakistan.
The award ceremony was organized by the Bright Future Society and its Implementation Minority Rights Forum (IMRF) at the Institution Hall, Unique Group, New Muslim Town, Lahore. Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and formally presented the award to Khurshid Ahmad Nadeem, said a press release here on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Punjab extended heartfelt congratulations and acknowledged the Chairman NRKNA’s continuous intellectual and policy contributions through research, public discourse and national-level initiatives.
The organizers particularly appreciated NRKNA’s active role in championing inclusivity and ethical education based on the Seerah-e-Tayyibah (PBUH), including the establishment of Rehmatul-lil-Aalamin Minorities Clubs across Pakistan.
Khurshid Ahmad Nadeem expressed gratitude to the hosts and affirmed that harmony, respect and the protection of rights of all citizens always integral to the message of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to Pakistan’s constitutional identity.
The NKRA extended warm felicitations to Khurshid Ahmad Nadeem on this distinguished honor, stating, his scholarly contribution, particularly the acclaimed publication “Islam aur Aqliatain” published under the auspices of NRKNA, has played a vital role in strengthening the narrative of interfaith respect, constitutional rights and peaceful coexistence in Pakistan.
The Authority reaffirms its unwavering resolve to continue such meaningful initiatives that promote ethical education, inclusion and social harmony inspired by the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

It is pertinent to mention here, Dewan Bahadur S. P. Singha (1893–1948) is remembered as a visionary political leader who played a key role in the legislative and educational development of the region. The award is reserved for personalities who demonstrate distinguished commitment to academic excellence, social development and the advancement of interfaith harmony in Pakistan.
