Federal Ombudsman prioritizes immediate, inexpensive justice to public: Registrar

QUETTA, Nov 14 (APP):Registrar of the Federal Ombudsman Quetta, Amir Muhammad Rind, emphasized that the institution’s foremost duty was to ensure the immediate and inexpensive provision of justice to the public.
Talking to APP here Friday, Amir Muhammad Rind affirmed that the Ombudsman’s office was taking all possible steps to address grievances, ensuring that justice is delivered at citizens’ doorsteps without difficulty.
Registrar Amir Muhammad Rind highlighted that, under the directives of the Federal Ombudsman, the speed of complaint redressal had been accelerated.
He said that efforts were underway to strengthen coordination with concerned government departments to effectively resolve public issues.
The institution maintains effective monitoring to improve the conduct of government institutions and eliminate maladministration.
Amir Muhammad Rind urged the citizens to approach the Federal Ombudsman without hesitation to seek solutions for their problems. He assured that the institution was providing every possible facility to handle public complaints on a priority basis.
