PEC KP sets up monitoring control room for NA-18 Haripur by-election

PESHAWAR, Nov 14 (APP):The Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner (PEC) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has established a Provincial Monitoring Control Room to oversee election activities for the NA-18 Haripur by-election.
According to the spokesperson, the Monitoring Control Room will remain operational 24 hours a day.
Voters and concerned citizens may register any complaints by contacting the helpline numbers 091-9213214 and 091-9222534.
Polling for the NA-18 Haripur by-election will be held on November 23, 2025.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), through its official website www.ecp.gov.pk, has reiterated the Code of Conduct for all political parties, candidates, polling agents, and workers participating in the by-election.
The Commission has stressed the need for full compliance with the Constitution and the law, along with the immediate implementation of all ECP instructions.
It has also urged stakeholders to refrain from hate speech and personal attacks, to hold public meetings, rallies, and processions only with prior permission from the local administration, and to recognize that maintaining law and order is a shared responsibility of all concerned.
The ECP has called upon all stakeholders to cooperate fully to ensure peaceful, transparent, and orderly elections.
