KARACHI, Nov 13 (APP):Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori Thursday stated that serving humanity is a noble mission, and the services of the Red Crescent are commendable.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Chairman of the Pakistan Red Crescent, Sindh Branch, Muhammad Rehan Hashmi at the Governor House here.
He remarked that the relief efforts of the Red Crescent in the Sindh province’s remote areas are a beacon of hope for the people.
The meeting involved a detailed discussion on matters pertaining to immediate relief operations during natural disasters, accidents, and emergencies.
Muhammad Rehan Hashmi apprised the Governor of Sindh about the ongoing activities, medical services, and volunteer operations of the Red Crescent Sindh.
On this occasion, Rehan Hashmi lauded Governor Sindh’s welfare initiatives and the ongoing assistance programs for deserving communities.
The meeting also reinforced a mutual commitment to strengthen cooperation and work jointly on collaborative welfare projects.
