Russian Deputy Speaker arrives in Islamabad for Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference

ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP): Russia’s Federation Council Deputy Speaker, Konstantin Kosachev, has arrived to participate in the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference being held in Islamabad.

Kosachev, who also serves as the Deputy Head of the Federation Council, was warmly received by officials from the Senate of Pakistan on his arrival.

The two-day conference, which began on 11 November, brings together parliamentary leaders and delegations from across the globe to discuss issues of peace, security, and development. It will continue until 12 November.
