ATTOCK, Nov 11 (APP):An Additional Sessions Judge, Fateh Jang on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to an accused in a murder case registered by New Airport Police Station.
According to the court order, Muhammad Nadeem, resident of Pind Dakhlai Jungle, Tehsil Fateh Jang, was convicted on November 8, 2024 for the murder of Arsalan Mehmood.
The court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment as Ta’zir and further directed him to pay Rs 5 million compensation to the legal heirs of the deceased . The order stated that in case of default, the convict would undergo an additional six months simple imprisonment.
