ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP):Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi Tuesday expressed profound sorrow and grief over the demise of Senator Irfan Siddiqui.
In his condolence message, the minister said that Irfan Siddiqui was a wise politician, a patriotic leader and a man of knowledge and letters.
He said that the late Senator’s services in the fields of politics, journalism and education will always be remembered.
Hanif Abbasi said that the deceased played a valuable role in strengthening democracy and promoting national unity.
The minister extended heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul’s eternal peace and highest ranks in the hereafter.
