RAWALPINDI, Nov 10 (APP):The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi, with Judge Amjad Shah on Monday while hearing the case related to the November protest at Sadiqabad police station, reissued the arrest warrant for Aleema Khanum as she once again failed to appear for the second time.
According to the details, five prosecution witnesses were present in court during the proceedings, while from the accused, three attended in person, while seven appeared through their counsels.
Regarding property matters, the court had previously sent letters to the Senior Member Board of Revenue, Secretary Cooperative Punjab, DG Punjab Land Records Authority, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Chairman SECP, and CDA seeking responses or reports.
No reports were submitted today, for which the court issued reminders to these authorities.

The court also issued re-warrants for the guarantors and beneficiaries who had taken vehicles.
The hearing has been adjourned until Thursday, November 13.
