MUZAFFARGARH , Nov 10 (APP):One person was killed and two others were injured in a tragic car-tractor-trolley collision in Tehsil Chobara, District Layyah, on Sunday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, the incident took place near Head Werdi in Chak No. 501 TDA, when a speeding car traveling from Chobara collided with a tractor-trolley coming from Rangpur.
As a result of the collision, 40-year-old Amjad Abbas died on the spot, while two others sustained injuries. Rescue 1122 teams arrived at the scene promptly and transported the deceased and the injured to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Chobara for medical treatment.
Eyewitnesses reported that the accident occurred due to overspeeding. Police have initiated legal proceedings to investigate the incident.
