DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 10 (APP):The Dera police arrested several wanted criminals and seized 390 grams of Ice drug during a large-scale search and strike operation conducted in different areas.
The operation, conducted under the directives of District Police Officer Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada, was carried out under the supervision of SP City Ali Hamza Butt and led by DSP City Circle Hafiz Muhammad Adnan, DSP Paroa Inamullah Khan Gandapur, and DSP Kashif Sattar, with SHOs Sheikh Muhammad Bilal, Arslan Khan Gandapur, and Muhammad Ali Khan. The police teams from Cantt, City, and Paroa stations participated in the coordinated action across their respective areas.
During the operation, the City Circle Police team headed by DSP Muhammad Adnan Khan and SHO Arslan Khan Gandapur recovered 390 grams of Ice drug from Muhammad Khalid son of Gulzaman of the Baloch tribe. The accused was taken into custody, and a case was registered against him.
Meanwhile, DSP Paroa Inamullah Khan Gandapur and SHO Sheikh Muhammad Bilal arrested proclaimed offenders namely Muhammad Musa, Shahbaz, Tasawar Hussain, and Rehmatullah, who were wanted to police in various criminal cases.
SP City Ali Hamza Butt said the operation aimed to eliminate criminal networks, maintain law and order, and ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property.
