ISLAMABAD, Nov 10 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Capt (R) Ali Raza Qazi paid a surprise visit to Khanna Police Station to review its performance, inspect facilities, and ensure better service delivery to citizens.
An official told APP on Monday that SSP Qazi inspected the record room, lock-up, investigation branch, and front desk, meeting officers and staff on duty.
He assessed their performance and issued directions for improving public facilitation and maintaining discipline.
He emphasized that courteous behavior toward citizens and timely resolution of their complaints must remain a top priority, warning that negligence or misconduct would not be tolerated.
The SSP underscored the importance of transparency, professionalism, and efficiency at the police-station level, directing officers to handle every complaint seriously and deliver prompt results.
“Islamabad Police is committed to becoming a modern, service-oriented, and people-friendly force,” SSP Qazi said. “Public trust is our greatest asset, and every officer must work to uphold it through honesty and respect.”
