Iqbal Day marked at Zamung Kor DIKhan campus

Dera Ismail Khan, Nov 09 (APP): Iqbal Day was observed with national zeal and enthusiasm at Zamung Kor Dera Ismail Khan Campus to pay homage to the great philosopher-poet Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal.
The programme featured Tableaus, speeches, skits and national songs presented by children, highlighting Iqbal’s philosophy, message of Khudi and his vision for an awakened, self-reliant youth. The performances reflected the students’ admiration for Iqbal’s role in inspiring generations toward character building and constructive nationhood.
Assistant Director Zamung Kor DI Khan Campus, Rafi Ullah, who was the chief guest, appreciated the efforts of students and staff for holding a meaningful and well-organized event. He urged the children to learn from Iqbal’s life, adopt discipline, and utilize education as a tool to bring positive change in society.
Special prayers were also offered for the progress, peace and prosperity of Pakistan.
The management of Zamung Kor expressed gratitude to Dr. Riaz and his team from the Red Cross for attending the ceremony and participating in the activities, which added value to the observance.
The event concluded with renewed patriotic spirit and a commitment among students to follow Iqbal’s teachings and contribute towards national development.
