FAISALABAD, Nov 08 (APP): Divisional Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar continued his ongoing inspection of government hospitals to monitor administrative and medical affairs, ensuring the prompt delivery of quality healthcare services to the public.
During his visit to Teaching Hospital Ghulam Muhammad Abad, the Commissioner toured various wards, inquiring about patients’ conditions and offering prayers for their speedy recovery. He took the time to interact directly with patients and their families, confirming that prescribed medicines were being provided by the hospital.
Emphasizing the need for an effective strategy to manage the growing number of patients, the Commissioner directed the hospital management to ensure the presence of qualified and experienced medical staff at all times. He met with consultants and medical officers from various departments, urging them to prioritize professional commitment and patient care.
Assuring hospital staff that necessary resources and facilities would be provided to enhance healthcare delivery, Raja Jahangir Anwar highlighted the importance of public trust in government hospitals. He reiterated that, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, efforts would continue to raise the standard of healthcare services for the public.
